Shipping Policy
We ship from our warehouse in Rishon LeTsiyon all over Israel, fast. Orders are delivered using our Xpress Shipping service in 1-5 business days (Sun-Thurs). Most orders are delivered in less than 3 business days.

Xpress Shipping is 35 NIS.

Large items incur an additional shipping fee of 35 NIS per order. Large items are noted in the item's description.
​
If you are pre-ordering before you arrive in Israel, delivery will be made in coordination with your program.
Return Policy
We accept returns if the item is in the original, unopened packaging and is not damaged within 14 days.
Electronic appliances have a 1-year warranty.
​
Returns incur a 15% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
